BIOGRAPHY
Wesley Bridges is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice on matters involving employment law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Bridges is a recognized authority in employment law and has a vast amount of experience representing Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies in state and federal court. He has successfully represented corporate clients in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, the enforcement and interpretation of operating agreements and executive compensation packages, as well as prosecuted and enforced non-competes and restrictive covenants. Mr. Bridges routinely counsels companies regarding their compliance with employment laws and is a frequent lecturer at law schools and universities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bridges also has substantial commercial litigation experience in state and federal court, and he has handled complex commercial litigation matters, including multi-state litigation on a national scale. His litigation experience includes all phases of discovery, orders to show cause and emergent relief, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motion practice, as well as bench and jury trials. Mr. Bridges’ litigation practice includes representing staffing agencies in disputes involving privacy laws, hiring practices, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, family leave, disability leave, wage and hour as well as state and federal discrimination claims. He has trained employees at both corporations and state-run entities on the prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination claims at the workplace. Mr. Bridges has prepared numerous separation packages, post-employment confidentiality/non-compete agreements and has drafted dress code policies, anti-discrimination policies, personnel manuals and other related services applicable to the staffing industry.
A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, Mr. Bridges is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and The Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also an active member of the New Jersey State and Burlington County Bar Associations.
